Erika is the chief administrator, marketing coordinator, guest experience executive, graphic presentations specialist, event coordinator, speech writer, chief technologist, community outreach coordinator and executive assistant to Dr. Shruti Panjini. She holds degrees from Clark University and the University of Florida, as well as many professional certifications. Her experience as a licensed cosmetologist and esthetician brings a special touch to our private, spa inspired client experiences.

She is acutely focused on an array of client supportive disciplines including such demanding areas as financial responsibility coordination, immersive treatment plan production, and dental coding. In her dynamic role as practice coordinator, she attends over 30 hours of insurance industry informational seminars and health benefit coordination events per year. Erika has spent many years studying the art of strategic wellness planning which she employs to creatively refine client experiences and the global presence of Wellesley Dental Studio on behalf of our vibrant and diverse clientele.

It is a point of pride for her that she personally assists our patients with their most challenging concerns. She sympathetically employs the sharp eye of a seasoned professional and the heart of a true friend. Erika has a dynamic understanding of all aspects of delivering a seamless client experience and is passionate about dentistry’s role in whole body wellness.

Erika maintains and grows the partnerships that Wellesley Dental Studio enjoys with our unparalleled network of professionals: such as physical therapists, concierge internists, endocrine specialists, fertility consultants, plastic surgeons, personal stylists, and wellness practitioners. She believes that professional preeminence is centered in dedication to supporting our client’s confidentiality, personal vitality and way of life.

When Erika is not in the office, she is engaged in projects with our charitable outreach partners to support those in need locally and the world over.

Carolyn was born and raised in Boston. She has been an enthusiastic participant in the rich and diverse culture that can only be found here. Education and service to the community are core values that she is passionate about both personally and professionally.

To further her love of science and technology, she attended Tufts University, where she received a Bachelor of Science degree in the field of Biology. During her time at Tufts, she interned at the International Rice Research Institute where she conducted independent research on the adaptation of digital agriculture in order to improve sustainability and production. More recently, she has also assisted in Tufts Levin Lab's regenerative research and received her radiology certification for dental auxiliaries from Boston University’s Henry Goldman School of Dental Medicine.

Carolyn has found much joy in working privately as a math and reading tutor for elementary students. She applies a natural empathy to those who are approaching new data and makes the process of sharing her wealth of knowledge one of dynamic discourse and mutual respect. These skills are frequently put to use when approaching clients of Wellesley Dental Studio who have questions or concerns about their care.
In her free time, she volunteers at community support organizations like Boston's Women's Lunch Place, and enjoys painting and watching foreign films.
